What is LIFT Grundy
LIFT Grundy is a health mobility program that brings together volunteer drivers, clinics, and community partners to help people get the rides and support they need to stay healthy.
The program is funded by the Tennessee Department of Health and managed by the South Cumberland Community Fund. It serves Grundy County residents.
How LIFT Grundy Can Help
Need a ride?
We help arrange rides to places that support health and daily life, like doctor visits, grocery stores, pharmacies, walking trails, and other important appointments.
Want to help your neighbors?
Volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to give rides and are reimbursed for mileage.
Need help beyond a ride?
Our community health workers can help connect you to resources and support for your health and daily needs.
